Together with RB, we discussed how to develop a slick business strategy, why it is the core of team management, and what different approaches growth and optimization require.
First, we outlined a guide on shaping a strategy in three giant steps with the context described in detail, the conclusion made, and the development tools chosen. Next, we unmasked the worst strategies, such as financial chasing and contextless stirring on the market. Conversely, we explained why the best strategies fit a pitch and come from the company's positioning either at high quality or low cost. Finally, we showed why growth requires a flexible team while optimization needs a settled one, and described what shapeless recruiting may come.
